Enterprise Manager Stuck Jobs

I am running ent. mgr 1.6 on oracle 8.0.3 (i think). We had a power hit at the site last weekend and now jobs are stuck in the queue. We tried to delete two jobs and they are stuck "pending deletion"

No jobs will run also AND job history hangs when trying to go into it.

I tried deleteing the *.q files and this does not solve the problem.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled and the jobs show back up in the queue when I start EM up.

I need to remove the files/tables that associate with the EM .

Any idea how to remove the repository so I can start over?
