Just my .02, but I'd go with a Unix box for that load of users. I find that NT requires a lot more coddling even with a smaller load, and personally can't stand the batch scheduler that comes with NT.

Plus, the startup procedures for Oracle on NT are a beast.. it's not easy getting your services to start in the correct order, so automatic reboots are not easy to do.
