Oracle installer crashes

Hi Group,



I upgraded my PC to 256 MB RAM, mounted a 40x CD-ROM-Drive, reinstalled
Windows 95 and all the other stuff and finally intended to reinstall
personal Oracle 7 and its client software. Nasty surprise: the installer
(PO7 and client software alike) crashes. The system is fine otherwise.
Anybody made the same experience? Is it the high speed CD-ROM the the
amount of RAM?



Any help appreciated
