Re: OAS - OWS-20214 Error

I'm running NT 4.0 Workstation with SP5, Oracle 8.0.5 Enterprise Edition and OAS 4.0.6.4. Currently, the only other things running on the machine are software installed with the NT install (re-installed and started fresh last night).
