Sean,

Your best option, although not the cheapest is Oracle Transparent Gateway for SQL Server

Should be able to get some info from the oracle web site on it

Subject: Linking to an SQL Server

I need to link an Oracle 7.3.4 server with an SQL 7.0 server. I can successfully go SQL --> Oracle, but ho wis it done the other way? It is important to go Oracle to SQL since I have to write a PL/SQL stored procedure that uses transactions to rollback the operation in case of an error.

Thanks,
