Unable to attach ORACLE from Backup Exec for NT

Hi,



I have a question related to Oracle (7.3.4) backup using Backup Exec for
Window NT (4.0). The backup is scheduled every night. It does all the
directories backup ok. But right before the job is done, it prompts the
following  error:


'Unable to attach to ORACLE_ EXAMPLE hostname/SID
Access is denied'



What didn't I set properly?



Can anyone help me out, please?
