trigger & snapshot

Hi,

I would like to execute special pl-sql procedure every day at a special time. the way i foud to do that is to create a snapshot that runs at the given time , and create a trigger on the table created by the snapshot, then the pl-sql procedure is the trigger body. Is there a another way to do a such thing ?? (better way)
