Finally figured it out (weird). We had a virtual directory set up in the listener
configuration which happened to be the same as the site name. Since that name existed, I
guess if figured the site name must be forced to upper case. Changing the virtual directory
to some other name solved the problem. I'm posting this incase anyone else runs into this.
I don't know if it's the same on Unix or Linux or not, but worked that way on NT.
