You can download the patche from the Oracle's metalink site. Go to metalink.oracle.com. Click on patches after logging in. You have to register if you are not registered already. We recently applied this patch to our database and took it up to 8.0.5.2.1

NOTE: 8.0.5.2 has a bug. Exports hang up in this version. Make sure you apply 8.0.5.2.1 patch.
