Data migration tool

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience or recommendation for a tool that eases the migration of Sybase data to Oracle? What I am looking for is a tool that takes Sybase data and, base on the Oracle table formats, format the data appropriately (for example, date values) and load them into Oracle. The Sybase BCP and Oracle SQL*Loader products require too much manual intervention and massaging even if they are extremely fast.
