***DBA (Database) Programmer, Chicago, Illinois***

We have a great opportunity for a Database Programmer to deal with a first generation product line within an established, reputable company. This is a position that pro's in the field of networking software based products will view with more than just a passing interest.

Some areas of strength might include:

*5 years working with Oracle
*Must be familiar with Oracle performance tuning issues
*3 years experience with MS SQL and familiarity with SQL-7
*Must be able to work in both an NT and UNIX environment

Our client is located in Chicago, near Evanston, has easy access from a number of major roads, and promises a truly unique opportunity to do something that very few firms are working on, none in this area that we are aware of. Salary will be commensurate with experience, but will be generous. Technical degrees are certainly welcome, however hands on is far more important here.
