Installation oracle on HP

I've got a big broblem....

I'm installing Oracle 8.0.4.0.0 on HP 9000 Machine. The installation terminated with successfull.

But when Server Manager Start, I've this error message:

TNS 12357 Connection Closed

The Installation is started from CD-Rom(orainst.sh). Is this a problem? I've known to be necessary.

Besides I don't insert the parameter in the file /etc/system for the Kernel.

In mind That the listener is started. it's ok.
