Questions for reorg in Oracle Database

Dear users,

Here are some of my general questions for performing reorg in a Oracle Database, I would appreciate if someone could take some time to answer some/all of these questions:

1. What types of objects do we need to reorganize most often Tablespaces/Tables/Indexes/Whole databases ?
2. What are the tools available in the market, to perform reorganizations ?
3. What information do we need to have about an object before doing a reorg ?
4. What information do we need to have about an object during a reorg ?
5. What information do we need to have about an an object after a reorg
6. What minimal functionality should a reorg tool have, if we want to buy one?
7. What additional functionality can be added for effeciency?
