Oracle agent is not starting

Hi,


 I have an oracle server 7.7.3 on NT machine and I am unable to start the
Oracle Agent service. The error is "The system can  not find the device
specified" . I think this kind of error happens for many services on NT to
start. but I do not know how to solve this problem.
I have checked event log and I do not see any specific answer to solve this
problem.



Any help is highly appreciated.
