We are running 7.3.3 on OS/390. Have been running it for several years.
Looking to upgrade, but have to stay in sync with the application. By the
way, we are only using it as the integrating server for the Transparent
Gateway to DB2, no data stored on the mainframe.
Oracle support has been relatively good, once you get past the first line of
support. Once a long time ago, I recieved an upgrade tape with a single
sheet of 5 instructions. Step 5 was to re-IPL. That was pretty funny!
