Listener Not working with Two NIC Cards On Windows NT (8.i)

I seem to remember I solved this problem with 8.03 but can't remember how.



Symptom - Oracle 8.i, Windows NT.  Listener works fine on Localhost or the
first NIC card; doesn't work with the other Nic card.



I tried playing with Listener.Ora but can't seem to find any doc on the
correct procedure for this on Windows NT.



Any ideas?
