Yeah, but he's probably about changing this pctincrease _before_ some system
objects are created with "create database ...".
Look into $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/sql.bsq (Oracle 7.x) or $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/sql.bsq (Ora 8.x)
By changing this file you can change default storage parameters for oracle system objects.
Yeah, it's good idea to consult with support staff before you change something critical ... ;-)
