Not exactly sure what you are trying to do. Are you saying that you have a database outside a corporate firewall and you need to synch it with one internal to the firewall. Or are you trying to sync two database that is seperated by two corporate firewalls?

If its the first, any solution would then be a backdoor for any hacker and most security orgs would not allow it. If its the second then try using a VPN solution between the two firewalls.
