Removing ociw32.dll

Greetings:



I am having no luck with MetaLink, so I thought I might make a general
inquiry as to how one removes Ociw32.dll from the bin directory of the home.
We are trying to upgrade from Ver 8.0.5 to 8.1.5, with no success because we
cannot remove this file.



Thanks to any and all who might have a suggestion as to how to deal with
this.  Please reply personally, as I do not browse this NG regularly.
