Oracle8i Release 8.1.5 on Digital Unix 4.0 trouble

Hi !
I had had runing Oracle 7.3.
It worked excelent several years.
A few days ago I had install Oracle8i Release 8.1.5 and migrate all data using oracle data migration assistent. Migration was successful.
After that I sucsesfuly start my DB under new Oracle8i ....

After 2 days I can not start my instance because of:

What can I do with it?
