Re: Oracle 7.0.15 Y2K compliance

I've read the matrix on metalink which lists such problems. But I still can't get an answer (from Oracle, from anyone) as to why the bar has been raised from 7.0.15/16 to 7.1. There are so few differences between 7.1 and 7.0.15/16.
