ebu 2.2.0.7 patch question

I was hoping someone out here could answer a few questions that I have about installing this patch. The README didn't say a whole lot.

fyi:
Oracle 7.3.4
ebu 2.2.0.6 (current version)
Legato backup software that calls ebu commands.

Do I need to relink any library(s) after I apply this patch?

Do I need to re-register my target database(s) in the ebu catalog?

Does the Oracle instance needs to be shutdown for this?

Does this in anyway need a system reboot? (I hope not)
