Oracle 8.0.5 Server and RH6.0 - Any HowTo for creating multiple instances?

Hello.

I just try to figure out if it is possible to get a second instance running on my server. I haven't the parallel server option because we don't have the enterprise edition.

So how have I to proceed? Shall I run through a complete new installation process using a new SID? Or shall I try editing some ini-files and creating a new set of directories?

I'm quit unsure how to go on, perhaps because my less experience concerning dba :)
