OAS 407 beginner question plsql sample

Hello

i have installed all the oas samples but only the plsql sample isnt work and each plsql sample brings the following error:

But the database browser works very well.

i have make a logfile for the plsql cartrige but there is only the following line:
`OWS-05102: Initialization failed due to error -1034`

Whats happen ?
