OAS 4.0.8

Howdy,

Have just upgraded from 4.0.7 to 4.0.8 and the first connection take a loooong time to establish (even createing a session on the database) once the PLSQL catridge has the db session it runs fine but that first one takes too long. If there is a period of inactivity the same problem will occur.

Any ideas??
