net 8

Hi

I have a local development machine is running NT 4 and Oracle 8i enterprise. I have been successfully using a net 8 connection for over a month. Today it stopped working.

Up til today, I had been using an ADSL connection with a static IP. I had to switch my ADSL connection to a newer service that uses dynamic IP addressing. So the changes I made today were in the TCP/IP configurations in NT. Those are the only changes i made and now I cannot use any existing net 8 connections i had created nor can i create a new workable net 8 connection. I can still use sql plus to query against the database. Is their an ora file or ini file that i may need to manually change.
