OAS Web Server admin - please help!

In the Oracle Application Server (OAS) manager, when you enter usernames/passwords to allow access to your Web site, the OAS manager puts these in a text file. Is there a way to manipulate this text file through some program? We want to have the usernames/passwords sorted in alphabetical order for viewing but are not sure how to do this.
