init.ora parameters in 7.3.4?

Are the init.ora parameters LOG_ARCHIVE_DUPLEX_DEST and
LOG_ARCHIVE_MIN_SUCCEED_DEST available in 7.3.4?  Or are they only in 8?
They are not mentioned in the 7.3 reference manual?
