Insert a Blob from a file.

Hello everybody,

I need to insert into a BLOB-Field an external binary-file (a picture for example). How do I accomplish this in PL/SQL, and how do I extract it after I've inserted it ?

I'm using Oracle 8.0.5.1 EE on Linux.
