32-bit Windows Error: 48: Unknown errorI am trying to set up the LISTENER.ORA and TNSNAMES.ORA files to have a
networked database. I do not have a problem getting into the database
from the machine, but I can't start the listener and therefore can't
connect to the DB from ohter machines. I am not sure how to use the
trace utility to find out more information about what to do with this
problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
