Please help me with : ORA-00472: PMON process terminated with error!!!!!

I have Oracle Server 7.3.4.4. on Windows NT 4.0, I can not logon on my
database and always give me this error :ORA-00472: PMON  process terminated
with error.



I trie to connect trougth SVRMGR23 with user internal and I trie shutdown or
start up but it give me erorr ORA-01034:ORACLE not avilable.
