Forms 4.5 - Memory Problem

I am developing an system comprising a number of forms written in Forms 4.5.

One of the forms seems to be EXTREMELY memory hungry when it runs. I've ran it it on a number of PC's and all are pretty beefy (128MB of RAM). The form is not particularly big or complex, certainly no bigger than the other 3 I have developed.

It refuses to run if I have any more than 2 other applications open (eg. WORD, FORMS DESIGNER). When running it gets so for into displaying the gui when it stops and displays a message "cannot display item {item name}". If I then quit WORD say, and re-run it (without re-booting) it runs fine.

Has anyone out there got any ideas, it's driving me nuts!!!
