if you really have just 24hrs (and only few dollards) ...you have to do it with Webdb, you can download it from :

http://technet.oracle.com/product/tools/webdb/section.htm or if you have an Internet Information Server (Microsoft) let's make some ASP pages (a few) with an ADO connection to the database !
