Problem using thin jdbc driver of oracle

I'm using the jdbc thin driver of oracle 8.0.5 and working with
database oracle 8.0.5 and i have a problem that when i query more than
10 row's after the 10 row when i do resultset.next i have an execption
of ORA-01001- Invalid cursor





Does someone have an idea.
