But since you brought it up, if you want experience and you're an Oracle DBA, I would suggest TekSystems/Aerotek (www.teksystems.com) or Ardelle Associates/AA Temps. Both are contract/placement/temp/consultant warehouses for "human resources". It's a might whorish, but it gets you the experience you need.
