On Page 32: To configure the Reports Server on Windows NT as a service

rwmts60 - install repserver tcpip

Start - Settings - Control Panel - Services Oracle Reports Server [repserver]

Problem: When I start the service I get an error message

Dr Watson:
RWMTS60.exe
Exception:access violation (0xc0000005), Address:0x0040788c Could not start the Oracle Reports Server[repserver] service Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectly
