Authentication errors w/OEM

Pardon me if this message appears twice. My news server really stinks.

Every time I try to run a job using OEM 2.0.4 on an Oracle 8i database
running on NT, I get the following error:

VNI-2015 : authentication error

I am set up as the DBA, and I have also tried using all of the other users
like sys, system, sysman, and even internal with the same exact results. I
have tried looking up the error message, but have found nothing so far.

At this point, all I am trying to do is run a script that does a very simple
select statement.

Anyone have any clues?
