yes, you shouldn't have any compatibility problems. i also believe that sql*net that shipped with 7.3.4 & 7.3.2 was the same (sql*net v2.3).

also remember these important dates:

  1. end of Error Correction for Oracle v7.3.2 was January 31, 1998.
  2. end of Error Correction for Oracle v7.3.4 is December 31, 2000
  3. Extended Support ends for v7.3.4 on December 31, 2003
