Database Market Size - number of installs in north america

Does anyone know of a source (ones other than IDC, Gartner, Forrester, etc.) that track various metrics on database technology numbers. Things of interest are:

1. Number of existing installs (Oracle, MS SqlServer, DB2, SYBASE, etc.)
2. Total Number of users
3. Number e-commerce sites using a database backend
4. Predicted Growth rate in installs in 2000, 2001 and onward

If anyone knows where some of these numbers are published on the internet, it would be appreciated if you could pass it on.
