how to in WebDB

hi everyone,

i am developing some reports using WebDB can anyone tell me how i can achieve the following:-

Printing the Bind Variable accepted for the query in the Report Header

Skipping Pages/starting new pages on a break

Summary for Columns to be printed for a particular break and not for all, eg. if the report is single break report and if i only want a report Summary and not the summary for the break group. Control the Width of the report, so that the report appears in 130 columns/chars etc

And finally i need to run the report generated in the WebDB from a 3rd GL, like Pro* C/C++ etc, i am trying to use the UTL_HTTP.REQUEST AND Request_pieces, to execute the report and then store in a file or something, the problem with this is i can't get any output with the UTL_HTTP packages from the Webdb, i am getting output if i run a url like http://www.oracle.com any help would very much appreaciated.
