Yes it is uncommon. But people put all sorts of bizarre requirements, my favourite being 3-5 years experience required. Ignoring the fact that years experience is completely meaningless as a measure of either skill or talent, the implication is that, 2years is too little, 6 years is too much, but 4 years is just right - rather like goldilocks.
