HELP NEEDED: CHAR ORDERING

Hi,



I am in Brazil, so I need oracle to order results based on Portuguese
ordering. Is there a way to configure that kind of ordering in the
server so that I don't have to set the NLS_SORT variable in registry of
each client machine?
