OAS 4.0 for LInux. I installed this on RedHat 6.0 linux. Installation seems good, and much more simple than installing Oracle server. Also install all necessary Java stuff.

But finally when I try to connect to the OAS welcome page in Netscape Navigator by using: "http://machinename.domainname:8888", I use 8888 as the port number.

THe error message is :"Netscape's network connect was refused by the server machinename.domainname:8888. The server may not be accepting connections or may be busy. Try connecting again later."

Actually there's absolutely nothing wrong in my TCP/IP network, everything works great. I also can use the same browser to read Apache page: http://machinename.domainname

What's going on? Could anyone help me?

Thanks a lot!!
