I am trying to duplicate a complete database on a server. I have gotten
a new server, installed the operating system and oracle 7.0 on it. I
have also performed a full export of the original database. That is all
I have done. What other steps do I need to do to have a copy of the
database running on the new server including everything (tablespaces,
indexes, procedures, etc.)? What do I need to do before I import the
exported file? What will the full export file include? Please give me a
step-by-step? Thanks.
