PRECISE Enterprise performance products

Hi all,

Does anyone uses PRECISE Enterprise performance montioring tool for Oracle7 and 8 database before? How do you find about using this tool? does it consume any of my Oracle resources while performing the tuning? How does this tool compare against some other compatitor tools like Cyrano from France, Patrol from BMC, Oracle Performance pack... Comparison in tabular form is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
