Hi,
With no other informaton, except what you have told us, if everything else is OK, ie:
- you've analyzed all other informations regarding statistics on the server - there is no corruption on the database - the querry was optimizede, so the execution plan is correct - you have changed the degree of parallelism to an apppropirate one (youhave alot of CPU-s there)

If nothing help, please provide us more info regarding statistics, and this special querrry.
