The pseudo-records :NEW.

Hi, I new in this newsgroup, and this is my first question. This is the question:

I can use the pseudo-record :NEW in a database trigger After or Before Insert in the table?.

I'm using this pseudo-record and I don't anything and occurs an error:

        ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record.

I have all privileges in a database and I don't any Insert Into in the trigger.

I need a solution, quickly.
