OAS PL/SQL Samples

I've installed the Oracle Application Server and after reviewing the install documentation, release notes and addendums, think that I've properly set everything up correctly. However, I cannot get he PL/SQL samples to execute. All of the other samples/demos work.

When I try to execute any of the PL/SQL samples it always returns with an "Initialization error -1032" . I cannot seem to find any documentation for this particular error.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
