Trouble with OO4O 2.3

I'm having trouble getting OO4O v 2.3 to work.  I had an earlier version
running fine.  Today I downloaded and installed v2.3 and when I try to
create the object (in VB6.0), I get an error 429 (Can't create the
ActiveX...). The possible reasons for this are many. Is anyone else having
trouble with this release? Any suggestions?
