startup with error 27102

Hi Oracle gurus,

Just installed Oracle 8i on a Sun Solaris but when i tried to create a database i have the message 'ORA-27102 not enough memory' when starting nomount.

As the machine has 128Mo , i though it was a problem in my initsid.ora with the shared_memory and db_block_buffer parameter but with a db_block_size of 4096 i do not overflow the system memory (no more than 20Mo )

I ve also look at the /etc/system , nothing 'weird'...
